Welcome to the creative world of Sasha Cubero, the artist behind cuberoarts. A proud, hard-of-hearing Puerto Rican artist based in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Sasha brings over two decades of experience in traditional and evolving artistic practices. As a post-medium artist, she explores a wide range of materials—from oil paint and soft pastel to pencil, charcoal, and digital media—crafting work that is both expressive and technically refined.
Over the years, Sasha has developed a distinctive artistic voice, blending classical foundations with personal exploration. Her award-winning work—including Second Place in the 2012 Scholastic Art Awards (Digital Art) and First Place in Housatonic’s Sidewalk Art Festival (2014)—reflects her commitment to craftsmanship and creative growth.

Sasha holds an Associate’s Degree in Fine Arts from Housatonic Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in 3D Design and minor in Painting at Central Connecticut State University. She has studied under professional artists, attended Montserrat College of Art during (2018), and participated in the prestigious Center for Creative Youth at Wesleyan University (2012), where she immersed herself in intensive arts training. Currently, Sasha is currently interning as a Gallery Assistant at The Gallery 66 located New Britain, CT.
